About this website.

This notice covers the public website of the Law Firm of Paul I. Aronowitz at paularonowitz.com. It explains browsing and initial contact through these pages. Legal services remain governed by a separate agreement.

You decide when to send.

The introductory-call form uses the information you enter to prepare a draft in your email app. It does not send a message or store your inquiry on this website. You review the draft and choose whether to send it.

When you open the draft, its contents pass to your chosen email app or service. If you send it, the firm receives your message and contact details through email so Paul can consider and respond to your inquiry. Your email service and the firm’s email service process it as part of delivery and storage.

Include only a short, nonconfidential overview. Ask Paul how to share sensitive material. See Contacting Paul for information about representation.

Cookies & service providers.

The firm’s public website does not set analytics, advertising or preference cookies and does not save form entries in browser storage. Cloudflare hosts and protects the public pages. Hosting and security services can process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information and request details, and may use security cookies.

Provider processing is described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy and cookie documentation. Your browser lets you inspect, block or delete cookies.

External links, including the State Bar profile, take you to another provider’s website. Your browser then communicates with that provider under its own practices.

A separate, private workspace.

“Data Room” takes you to the firm’s existing private workspace on OpenAI Sites. That service handles sign-in and access checks. This public website does not sign you in, create a client account or grant permission to a case.

Chambers has its own access and information-handling arrangements. Review its notice and follow the sharing route Paul approves for your matter. OpenAI’s practices are described in its privacy policy.

Questions about your information.

Contact Paul with a question about information you have sent to the firm or a request concerning that information. Keep the initial request brief; avoid sending sensitive identity documents.
